Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Yes! Please contact us by clicking here to submit a ticket and give us the new address you need your bike shipped to! 

When submitting your address change please include the following:

• Full Name 

• Email

• Contribution number

• New shipping address
  
  

Please note, we are unable to ship bikes to the following locations: 

• P.O. boxes

• APO boxes  

Approximately 14 days prior to the arrival of your order you will receive an email from the Superhuman Shipping Dept. confirming your shipping address. You can also change your address at that time.
