RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS
At Superhuman Bike, we work diligently to ensure you enjoy your new e-bike! In case you don't, we have a 5 week risk free return policy. The bike must be in like-new condition, have less than 100 miles on it, and be in the original box.
How to Return:
- Within 5 weeks from your date of order contact our support team with photos of your bike from every angle, including the odometer (turned on to show mileage), and the original box.
- Our support team will confirm the details and provide you with a return shipping label within 5 business days.
- Ship the bike back to us within the given timeframe.
- Once we receive and inspect the bike, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Used Bikes
- Damaged, Used/Not New Condition
- Dirty, Used/Not New Condition
- Item(s) in Non-Original Packaging. Please re-pack the new bike in the original box
- Item(s) Purchased Through a 3rd Party (Dealers, Other Customers, etc.)
- Item(s) Sent Back Without Superhuman Written Consent
- Any Special/Offer with Terms of That Sale Being Final
